Mr. Matthews has been very professional and courteous to us during the grueling ordeal of finding the right house for us in the "valley of the sun". He is friendly and knowlegable and very prompt with phone and email correspondence; he answered all our questions plus gave information about things we weren't even aware. We would commend Kendall to anyone wanting to move to the Phoenix area and would certainly request his services if and when we move again.
