I worked with Kendall Matthews and he was very helpful. In a strange way, he seemed to anticipate when I had questions, knew that I was hesitant about certain refinancing options, but his patience to help me understand, was quite beneficial. He provided me with an educational tools and websites that I could visit on my own time to learn more about refinancing so that I would be comfortable in making an informed decision. When needed he was a phone call away and at the time of my signing the paperwork at the title company, he was there with me to answer any last minute questions.
