Kendall Matthews and the entire Home Essential Group exceeded our expectations in every way. Several factors influenced our decision in choosing Kendall as our real estate agent, but the most important one to us was that Kendall cared about our entire financial picture. He wasn't out to make more commission, but he truly wanted us to think about our long-term savings plan and how our mortgage would impact that.

As Kendall puts it, he was our "pilot" through the entire transaction, including our financing. Dealing with the Home Essential Group was a breath of fresh air and made everything proceed seamlessly. We had a stress-free transaction knowing that someone else was steering the course and overcoming any turbulance along the way.

On closing day, we received a surprise from Kendall. He had gone to all our neighbors and written down their names and phone numbers so we already were a step closer to knowing them. What a great idea! In addition, he hosted an open house for us and brought lunch for all those in attendance.
