As a first time homebuyer I had no idea what to expect with buying a home, but thankfully I didn't need to know a whole lot. Kendall Matthews and his team explained every step of the process to me and helped me understand that buying a home should not be a difficult process. The transaction from start to finish was seamless; from working with L&G Mortgage Banc, to finding the right home, to being able to utilize the 'settlement room' website, and to finally closing and getting the keys.
