My son is attending South Florida in Tampa and was looking at renting for the next three years during his Master program. We decided to look for a place to buy on the morning of Friday the 4th of July 2008 in the Tampa area, near the University. We had friends in the Tampa area who recommended Cheryl Stimac of Red Shoe Reality. I called Cheryl who was in San Francisco, CA at the time; she said she would have Rhonda Ramos contact me. Within 15 minutes Rhonda called us at our home in Tennessee, we told her of our request, she said she would change her plans and we flew to Tampa that day. The next morning we met Rhonda who had a list of 12 properties within our requirements/specifications and started the process of looking. We finally settled on the 2nd property, after looking at nine total properties. Rhonda was impressive in her handling of the process from the purchase agreement to the closing over the next four weeks. Being out of state she was my safety net. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the process. She continues to assist our son in little matters about the property. Cheryl is a very proactive realtor. Cheryl has always listened well to both myself and my wife. Using that information she is able to find homes that will match both wants. Cheryl is also an agressive seeker in finding what you want. Our current home was found 2 months after our first meeting (we were very particular in what we wanted, with lots of requirements). Cheryl and my wife would spend entire days looking at houses to weedle them down to ones to show me. It is through Chery's dilegence that I now live in a wonderful 4.5 acres peacful estate.
