We came to Morgan about two years ago and we had no idea what we wanted. MOrgan did a lot of research and helped us narrow down our search and then we got out of the housing market do to job changes. Over a full year later we came back and MOrgan picked right up where we had left off and she was very willing to get us the info on houses that we had picked out. When I first started looking for a house 18 months ago, I watched websites,the paper and did drives around areas I would be interested in. When I found 2 or 3 that I wanted to see I called Morgan because she had all the listings I had picked. From that first conversation I knew I was in good hands. Three weeks into that search I lost a family member that totally devastated me and I e-mail Morgan and told her I couldn't do this right now but when I was ready again I'd get in touch with her. She told me she'd be there when I was ready. One year after I first started I was finally ready to tackle a house hunt again and I again called Morgan and I will again whether I want to buy or sell because of 2 reasons. Morgan gave me the time to feel ready again without calling every couple of weeks or being pushy and more importantly...she listened.She listened to what I wanted, what I would and wouldn't give up, what area I wanted to look in and what price range I wanted to be at. She only sent me things that fit in my criteria but answered questions I had on others. She was very helpful through the whole process and I didn't feel like she was looking for a paycheck...she was looking for a perfect home for me. When she called me on the house I now own she said " I know you'll like this house.It is perfect for you and I knew that as soon as it came on the market." Morgan was right...from the minute I pulled in the driveway I felt home and when I walked in the first time I had that feeling of being home. We weren't 3 steps in the front door and my boyfriend told me that this was my house, it was me and he really liked it. And I already knew I wanted it. After 6 months of being here ,doing the painting and looking ahead to other things I still want to do... I am in awe of the fact I get a smile on my face when I pull in the driveway and no matter if I am gone to work for the day,away for a weekend or just two minutes to get the mail, everytime I open the door my house says "your home".
