When my husband and I decided that the time was right to jump onto the property ladder and purchase our first home here in the Bay Area, we needed expert guidance!! We found this in Athena Chilicas Saldanha. As with most first time buyers we were extremely apprehensive about taking that huge first step forward.. The fact that we are from England, and know next to nothing about the Real Estate purchasing process here in the states, did not exactly help our conifdence any :-) Athena was amazing!!
