I found KudosWorks when researching software to create a testimonial section for my site...pattycakes.com. Besides the great concept of their site and the features the site offers, I've found their customer service to be outstanding. While all you have to do is register and let it run itself, any questions or problems you might have are quickly resolved by their great support team.
